育龄妇女使用宫内节育器的不良反应发生状况研究

The research on adverse reaction of intrauterine device among women of reproductive age

目的探讨育龄妇女使用宫内节育器的不良反应发生状况,为控制其不良反应的发生提供参考。方法对本中心800例使用宫内节育器育龄妇女的不良反应情况及宫内节育器类型等进行调查与记录,并行统计分析。结果共344例妇女出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为43.00%,且不同类型的宫内节育器不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用T型环和宫型/元宫花环发生不良反应的危险分别是吉妮环的3.21倍、3.01倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫内节育器的不良反应发生率较高,且不同类型的宫内节育器不良反应存在差异,应加强不良反应的防治。

Objective To discusse adverse reaction of intrauterine device among women of reproductive age in order to provide the reference for preventing the IUD adverse reaction. Methods A questionnaire survey on adverse reaction and types of IUD of 800 women of reproductive age who used IUD in our center was conducted,and the astatistical analysis was done. Results A total of 344 cases of women had adverse reaction,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 43.00%,and the difference in the incidence of adverse reaction of different type of IUD were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The risk of adverse reaction in type T of IUD and gong xing and yuan gong hua ring of IUD was 3.21 times and 3.01 times of that in jini ring of IUD respectively,the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ineidence rate of IUD adverse reaction is very high,and the adverse reaction of different types of IUD are different. Therefore,the control of adverse reaction should be strengthened.
