课程改革中教师主动改变的表现及原因 被引量:2

摘要 教师改变是课程改革中的重要问题。近年来有关课程改革中的教师研究多关注教师行为或心理改变的消极方面,而对教师主动改变的研究相对较少。运用个案研究法,以一名初中生物教师为研究对象,发现教师改变主要是教学材料与活动的改变,教学实践的改变,教师心理的变化。发生这些变化归因于四个方面:外部领域的教师赋权与教师专业自主权,实践领域的导师与教师专业群体的指导,结果领域的认识与理解学生反馈,个人领域的实践反思与理解学科内容知识。
