摘要 借鉴区域综合生态环境质量的评价方法,利用生态环境质量指数计算模式,结合以往4个抽水蓄能电站工程的生态环境影响评价,建立相应的生态评价指标体系,对采取生态修复措施前后的生态环境质量预测结果实行量化分析,并根据量化结果初步确立评价标准,为今后水电工程的生态影响评价及生态修复措施效果提供较好的指导作用。 Learning lessons from the assessment method of regional ecological environment quality system and utilizing ecological environment quality index ealculation model, the ecological assessment index system of hydropower projects is established based on the results of ecological environmental impact assessment of four pumped-storage power station projects. The ecological assessment index system is used to quantitatively analyze ecological environment quality before and after the implementation of ecological restoration measures. The assessment standard is also put forward according to the analysis results. This standard can be used as a guide on ecological assessment and ecological restoration measure evaluation for future hydropower projects.
