摘要
传统冷却通水控制方法需要人工的测量、计算和调节,过程繁琐且存在温度控制不及时、准确性差等问题。通过研究,提出了一种大体积混凝土冷却通水智能控制新方法。该方法通过预设温度变化过程线和实测混凝土温度进行冷却水流的通断决策,通过无线方式发送指令控制冷却水管上电动阀门的开关,实现对冷却通水的自动控制,提高了大体积混凝土温度控制的及时性、准确性和安全性,已在锦屏一级水电站中成功应用。
The traditional cooling water control for mass concrete is conducted by manually measurement, calculation and adjustment, so the control process is cumbersome and the temperature control is usual not opportune and accurate. A intelligent control method on cooling water of mass concrete is proposed, in which, the decision-making of cooling water supply is determined by comparing preset temperature process line and measured concrete temperature, and then the electric valves will be switched on or off by wireless signals. This new method can improve the timeliness, accuracy and safety of temperature control of mass concrete. This new method has been successfully used in Jinping I Hydropower Station.
