摘要 基于有限元分析法和应力强度干涉理论,提出了复杂工况条件下机舱底座的可靠性设计方法。根据风电场风资源特性修正风模型计算机舱底座各种极限工况载荷,分析了机舱底座静强度和应力-强度分布,计算了可靠度值。将计算结果与机舱底座可靠度目标分配值进行对比分析,结果表明该方法有效。 Based on finite element method and stress--strength interference (SSI) theory, a reliability design method is proposed for wind turbine nacelle chassis under complex load conditions. The different limit loads are calculated based on wind model which has been corrected according to the working condition of wind farm, then the static strength and the stress-strength distribution of nacelle chassis are analyzed, and finally the reliability of nacelle chassis is calculated. The comparison of calculation results with allocated reliabilities of nacelle chassis shows that the method is effective.
