摘要
采用室内试验和现场湿喷工艺性能试验相结合的手段,对比研究了钢纤维和聚丙烯粗纤维对喷射混凝土的力学性能、耐久性能和现场工艺性能的影响。研究结果表明,聚丙烯粗纤维喷射混凝土在掺量和工作性能方面具有较为明显的优势,且力学性能和耐久性均能达到与钢纤维喷射混凝土相当的水平,可考虑选用聚丙烯粗纤维替代钢纤维使用。
The influences of steel fibers and crude polypropylene fibers on the mechanical properties, durability and construction process performance of shotcrete are comparatively studied respectively by laboratory tests and on-site construction process tests. The results show that the mechanical properties and durability of crude polypropylene fiber shotcrete is equivalent to steel fiber shotcrete, but the mix content of crude polypropylene fibers is significant less than that of steel fibers and the construction process performance of crude polypropylene fibers is also better than that of steel fibers. The steel fibers can be replaced by crude polypropylene fibers in shotcrete.
