游离股前外侧皮瓣Ⅰ期修复大面积深度眼镜蛇伤溃疡

Ⅰ Phase Repair of the Large Area Depther Ular Bitten by Chinese Cobrasnake Bite for the Transpleat of the Dissociate Femur Lateral Skin

目的 探讨大面积深度眼镜蛇伤溃疡的修复方法。 方法 对 8例大面积深度眼镜蛇伤溃疡 ,采用游离股前外侧皮瓣 , 期修复创面。 结果 8例皮瓣均全部成活 ,患肢外观及活动功能均满意。 结论 游离股前外侧皮瓣是一种 期修复大面积深度眼镜蛇伤溃疡的理想方法。

Objective To asses repair methods of the large area depther ulcer bitten by Chinese Cobrasnaks  Methods Transplant of the dissociate femur lateral skin in 8 cases  Result All are succeed in 8 cases  Conclusions Transplant of the dissociate femur lateral skin are the idea methods in Ⅰ phase repair of the large area depther ular bitten by Chinese cobrasnake [
