摘要
合理选择BOT项目各参与方间的风险分担方案,关系到整个项目成功与否。论文结合相关文献研究在对BOT项目风险进行分析综合的基础上,构建风险分担评价指标体系,将层次分析法—灰色关联度分析评价模型运用到风险分担方案评价中,并通过实例验证研究结果,为合理分担BOT项目风险提供了一定的理论参考。
Choose the Reasonable risk sharing scheme between the BOT project parties, related to the overall success of this project. This thesis Combined with rele- vant papers in the literature on the basis of a comprehensive risk analysis for BOT projects, construct a evaluation index system of risk-sharing, use the AHP-gray corre- lation analysis and evaluation model applied to evaluation of risk-sharing scheme, and illustrate to validate the findings of reasonable risk-sharing BOT projects provide some theoretical reference.
