摘要
通过自动化立体仓库系统中可调整胎具在地脚螺栓安装的应用实例,表明地脚螺栓安装胎具不仅可以应用于安装精度要求高、范围大且结构形式类似的设备(构件)中,而且对于先进的高精度设备安装也有很大的实用性及借鉴作用。这个可调整胎具装置具有可以根据地脚螺栓具体的布置形式灵活组装地脚螺栓的支撑框架,与找正框架构成一个新的胎具,来满足高精度的安装需求,并可重复使用,节约成本。
