中国风电奔风限电分析报告是《能源》杂志-能源商学院研究人员历时近2个月的研究成果。与以往不同的是，我们并不完全是将“弃风限电”，放置于风电增量和销量的产业链中去做分析，更多的是将其放置在整个电源结构、区域特征的背景下，对不同区域的变量进行对比分析，从而找出各地所面临的共性和个性化问题。

Analysising the data in nearly five years and the,it is not difficult to find that in recent years,wind energy curtailment mostly exist in the three north areas which have rich wind energy resource.In this year,China has approved 413 new wind power project,the new capacity is 30.95 million kilowatts,this part installed capacity will be released in this year.Therefore we have reason to worry about 2014 domestic wind energy curtailment pressure will be bigger than2013.Early in 2012,domestic wind power generating capacity 100.4 billion KWH is more than nuclear power98.2 billion KWH for the first time,becomes the third big powerin the power structure.This also means that the constituents of the wind power in the whole power supply will occupy the important position.As the growth of the offshore wind,distributed wind power and the construction of uhv transmission lines,there will be still space for growth.Because the current wind energy curtailment realistic problem,whether enterprises or local governments should be more rational view of wind power.
