安徽省宁国县畲族群体HLA抗原分布

DISTRIBUTION OF HLA ANTIGEN IN SHE NATIONALITY Of NINGGUO COUNTY IN ANHUI PROVINCE

对安徽宁国县畲族 118人进行了HLA A、B位点分型。检出A位点抗原 9型 ,B位点抗原 13型。A1 、A3、B5、B7、B1 2 、B1 3、B1 7、B2 2 基因频率分别为 :0 0 0 84、 0 0 170、 0 0 70 8、 0 0 0 4 1、 0 0 2 84、0 16 70、 0 0 4 94、 0 0 92 2。结果表明 ,宁国县畲族HLA基因分布基本上符合我国南方人群的特征。

HLA typing of HLAA andB loci for 118 individuals of She nationality in Ningguo County was carried out. 9 antigens of A locus and 13 of B locus were detected.The gene frequencies of A 1,A 3,B 5,B 7,B 12 ,B 13 ,B 17 and B 22 were 0 0084,0 0170,0 0708,0 0041, 0 0284,0 1670,0 0494 and 0 0972 respectively. The results showed that the HLA gene distribution of She nationality of Ningguo County is consistent basically with the characters of Southern Chinese populations.
