农业科研单位学科建设的实践与思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Practice and Consideration on Discipline Construction of Agriculture Research Institutes,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

文章重点分析了农业科研单位加强学科建设的重要意义,并以江苏省农业科学院为例,重点阐述了农业科研单位学科建设的基本思路、主要措施、发展成效以及存在的问题,在此基础上进一步提出了明确学科方向、加强学科管理、培养优秀团队、加强条件建设、营造良好氛围、建立科学考核评估机制等加快学科建设的对策与建议,以期为农业科研单位开展学科建设提供借鉴。

The significance of enhancing discipline construction in agricultural research institutes was analyzed and emphasized in the paper.Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences for an example, its fundamental theme, major measures, outcome and problems were elaborated. Furthermore, aiming at proposing constructive suggestions for agriculture research institutes, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as making clear the orientation of discipline, strengthening management of discipline, cultivating superior teams,strengthening construction of condition, creating better academic atmosphere, and setting up scientific evaluating mechanism, etc.
