摘要
针对J4(CrMnN)系列热轧黑皮卷在卷管过程中出现的开裂现象,对开裂样品进行了宏观分析、金相组织分析和热处理试验。分析结果表明,焊管开裂的主要原因是材料未经过固溶处理,沿晶界析出大量的碳化物,致使材料的塑性降低,在卷管的残余应力作用下出现了沿晶界开裂。并提出了相应的解决措施。
Regarding to cracking phenomenon in the process of pipe coil of J4 series ( CrMnN) hot rolled black coil , measures of macro analysis , metallographic structure analysis and heat treatment test have been conducted on cracked specimen .The result showed that main crack cause of welded pipe was unused solid solution treatment of material so that numerous carbide was separated out along grain boundary which resulted in lower plasticity and crack along grain bounda -ry was come up under residual stress of pipe coil process , furthermore relevant solutions have been brought up .
