摘要 为了提高隧洞开挖爆破钻孔利用率,降低开挖成本,通过分析影响隧洞开挖钻孔利用率的因素,根据多年施工实践经验,总结归纳出了提高隧洞开挖钻孔利用率的各种方法:增大掏槽面积、改变掏槽方式、运用V形掌子面、选用与岩石波阻抗相匹配的炸药、适当的药卷直径、调整爆破参数和保证堵塞质量等。这些方法均经过多项工程实践检验,可以有效地解决钻孔利用率偏低问题,适用于各类围岩隧洞开挖。 In order to enhance blasting and drilling utilization ratio in the process of tunnel excavation and decrease excavation cost, based on the experience in construction, various methods were summarized to increase drilling utilization ratio by analyzing the influence factors of drilling utilization in the process of tunnel excavation, such as the expanding cutting area, changing the cutting mode, using V-shape tunnel face, selecting explosives matched with the rock impedance, adopting suitable cartridge diameter, adjusting blasting parameters and ensure the stemming quality. These methods effectively solved the low drilling utilization ratio in many construction practices, which fitted all kinds of surrounding rock tunnel excavation.
