摘要
复杂环境下采用控制爆破技术对钢筋混凝土复式多孔桥进行爆破拆除。根据该桥结构特点,在拱圈、桥墩及桥柱上布置爆破孔,在爆破后破坏其主要支撑点,形成自由绞,在重力作用下坍塌;为避免对周围环境的影响,采用微差爆破技术分5段由大桥中间向两端逐段起爆,控制爆破震动;选择合理的最小抵抗线及单孔装药量和稻草缓冲间隔装药结构,有效的控制飞石距离。最终大桥成功拆除,确保了大桥周边建(构)物和通信、电力等设施的安全。
The Controlled blasting technology was used to demolish reinforced concrete double multiple span bridge in complex environment. According to the structural characteristics of the bridge, the blasting holes were designed on the beam, pier and bridge column to destroy the main support point by blasting, then the free wring came into being and collapsed due to the gravity ; In order to avoid the effects of environment, the millisecond blasting technology was applied with 5 segments from the center to both ends of bridge, by which the blasting vibration was controlled well; The reasonable minimum resistance line ,the explosive charge of single hole and straw buffer space loading structure were designed to effectively controll the distance of flying rocks. Eventually, the bridge was successfully demolished and made little damage to the surroundings.
