摘要
针对黄河上游河段日益严峻的防凌形势和对冰塞冰坝形成迅速而破除效率低的状况,研制了一套由无人机遥感监测子系统、组织指挥子系统和车载式火箭爆破带子系统组成的车载式火箭破冰破凌系统。系统应用了遥感、遥测和信息化、数字化等新技术及其集成,满足对冰塞冰坝破除的安全、快速、高效等的基本要求。该系统在黄河九原区三叉河段破冰破凌任务中成功应用,检验了系统信息、采集、协调指挥和发射、威力、安全距离等主要性能是否达到技术指标和破冰破凌的使用要求,为后期该系统的系统功能、系统集成、系统优化及装备应用等方面的研究提供了重要参考。
In the demolition of urban Bridges, the underground facilities as an important part of the modern city must be strict protection. It developed a set of UAV remote sensing monitoring subsystem, organization and command subsystem,and vehicle-mounted rocket blasting subsystem which consists of the vehicle-mounted rocket icebreaking broken Ling systems. Remote sensing, telemetry,information technology, digital technology and other new technology and its integration are application in the system ,which can achieve the safety of the ice dam break the basic requirement of fast and efficient, ect. The system has been successfully applied in the Yellow River ice-breaking of the trigeminal broken Ling task, tests the main performance which include system information collecting coordinate the command and its launch, the main power performance, safety distance and so on, whether meets he technical indicators and break the ice breaking Ling requirements, it provides a important reference to the latter part of the system functions, system integration, system optimization and research equipment and other aspects of the application.
