摘要 京藏高速公路呼包段在进行改扩建时,需要对经过山体的路段进行石方爆破作业。由于石方爆破路段紧邻高速公路,其施工难度相当大,既要考虑既有线高速公路的汽车通行安全,又要保证施工的进度,因此要求采取可靠的爆破技术和必要的安全措施及先进的管理经验。根据爆破施工路段周围环境特点对爆破施工的工艺参数进行了优化计算,并制定了可靠的起爆网路和爆破飞石安全防护措施,使爆破后的岩石碎而不散、散而不飞。同时针对施工中存在的安全问题,提出一系列的安全管理措施来进行控制,确保了施工过程中高速公路的通行安全,可供同类工程借鉴使用。 During the renovation and expansion of Huhehaote to Baotou section of Beijing-Tibet expressway, the rock blasting operations was required to guarantee the highway construction on schedule. The road rock blasting adjacent to the highway and the rock blasting operation was rather difficult. Both the automobile traffic safety in the existing highway line and the construction progress were taken into account. Therefore, the appropriate blasting techniques, safety measures and advanced management experience were considered together. According to the surrounding characteristics of blasting sections, the blasting parameters were optimized. The reliable initiation method, blasting and security measures were developed, causing the rock crushed and dispersed. For the security problems existing in the construction,a series of safety and management measures were put forward to ensure the highway traffic safety during rock blastings.
