论澳大利亚环境公益诉讼之公共利益成本规则
摘要
本文通过探讨澳大利亚环境公益诉讼及其公共利益成本规则,认识到尽量减少诉讼成本、考虑建立相关制度、修改案件受理费的相关规定等,可以推动我国环境公益诉讼的实践。
