摘要
以某钢厂的一座步进梁式加热炉为例,建立了钢坯与垫块的热传导模型、CF法模型和考虑水管遮蔽作用的二维段法模型。采用有限差分法模拟计算了不同条件下钢坯和垫块温度场及钢坯黑印温差随时间的变化;分析了水梁遮蔽、垫块传导对黑印温差的影响;提出了收得热流(非净热流)修正系数的概念,解决了段法和CF法的衔接问题。模拟结果为确定在线模型估算黑印温差简化算法提供了依据。
Based on a walking beam reheating furnace, the models of heat conductivity of skid, ФcF method and zone method with the consideration of water beam with shielding effect were built in this paper. Using finite difference method, the temperature map of slab and skid under difference conditions were simulated and calcu- lated. The influence of the shelter of beam and the conductivity of skid were analysed. The definition of re- ceived heat flux (non-net heat flux) coefficient was given which is a way of solving the problem in connection between the zone method and ФcF method. The conclusions of this paper can offer evidence of estimating the temperature of skid-mark in on-line model of furnace.
