摘要
帘线钢盘条表面脱碳会加剧盘条内外层变形程度的不均匀性,严重时可能导致断丝。通过分析碳原子在帘线钢热轧过程中的扩散行为,建立了考虑变形和温度变化的帘线钢盘条脱碳计算模型。该模型计算结果与实测值非常接近,可用于指导生产工艺改进,提高产品质量。
The surface decarburization of cord steel wire rod will aggravate its uneven deformation degree even lead to breakage. By analyzing the diffusion of carbon atoms in the hot rolling process of cord steel wire rod , the calculation model of decarburizing which considered the deformation and temperature change was estab- lished. The calculated result was close to the measured value. It would be used to improve production process and product quality.
