综采工作面乳化液自动配液系统的应用研究

Application research of emulsion automatic proportioning system at fully mechanized coal mining face

针对目前大多数综采工作面采用传统的乳化液手动配液方式存在的劳动量大和配液精度达不到要求等问题,提出了一种新型的综采工作面乳化液配液方式,详细介绍了乳化液自动配比装置和检测装置,并对传统的配液站进行了升级改造,在不改变原有泵站液箱系统的基础上实现了综采工作面乳化液的自动配比和浓度检测,提高了配液的自动化程度,降低了工人劳动强度。

Aimed at large amount of labor and low precision of manual emulsion preparation at fully mechanized coal mining face, a new type of emulsion preparation mode was proposed. In addition, the emulsion automatic proportioning device and testing device were introduced in detail. After the traditional liquor mixing station being upgraded and rebuilt, the automatic propor- tioning and concentration test of emulsion were achieved without changing the original tank system improving the automation degree o{ liquor proportioning and reducing the labor intensity of workers.
