摘要
利用自行搭建的煤矿乏风预热催化氧化装置试验研究了表观流速、床层长度、反应室平均温度对其阻力损失的影响。试验结果表明,随表观流速的增大,反应室阻力损失呈线性增加;随床层长度增大,反应室阻力损失呈线性增加;随温度升高,反应室阻力损失有较大增加。对试验数据进行归纳分析,得到适用于冷热态的反应室阻力损失的试验关联式。
By use of coal mine ventilation air preheating catalytic oxidation device, the resist-ance loss influenced by apparent velocity, bed length and average temperature in the reaction chamber were studied. The results showed that increased linearly along with the increase of apparent velocity and bed length. While the resistance loss in reaction chamber increased to some extent with the temperature rising. The test data were inductively analyzed, leading to an experi-mental correlation of the resistance loss in the reaction chamber suitable for cold and hot states.
