摘要
试验以实葶葱(ALLium gaLanthum L.)种子为材料,研究了不同年份自然及人工老化处理对实葶葱种子的发芽力、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量的影响。试验结果表明,实葶葱种子活力随自然老化和人工老化的时间不同而不同,其中3年和2年自然老化及人工老化的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数显著高于4年和1年的。自然老化的实葶葱种子可溶性蛋白质及可溶性糖含量比人工老化种子高。总之,不同年份自然老化的种子活力及贮藏物质含量的变化高于人工老化的。
Taking seeds of Allium galanthum L.as experiment material,which were storied for different years with natural aging and artificial aging process to study the influence of seed germination ability,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content.The results showed that,with the time of natural aging and artificial aging different,the seed germination ability was different.The germination rate,Germination potential,Germination index of natural aging and artificial aging in 3 a and 2 a were significantly higher than the seeds of 4 a and 1 a.the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of seeds in the natural aging higher than the seeds of artificial aging.Considering,the Germination ability and Storage Substance Content of the natural aging higher than the seeds of artificial aging.
