种子健康检测的抽样、方法选择和结果解读

摘要 种子是传带各种病原最有效的载体之一,病种子是病害进入新区域的初侵染来源。种传病害的危害性,不仅仅限于染病种子本身所带来的减产,还在于病害可以随子代进一步传播,对植物群体造成危害。种子健康检测是控制种传病害的重要手段,本文关注种子健康检测中的抽样、方法选择和结果判断等问题,以期对种子的健康状况作出恰如其分的评估。
