摘要
针对变压器绕组变形故障,设计了一款变压器绕组变形测试仪,并且在硬件上加了信号滤波器,但是由于电路本身和外界环境的干扰,不能很好的滤除噪声,因此在软件上要进一步处理。本研究介绍了离散型卡尔曼滤波器的概念及其5个基本方程,并根据变压器绕组变形测试仪采集信号的特点进行了优化,采用阈值判断的方法改进卡尔曼滤波器,从而使其能快速适应信号的变化。通过MATLAB仿真,结果证明:采用阈值判断方法较未采用阈值判断方法的卡尔曼滤波器更能适应信号的突变。
Aiming at the fault of transformer winding deformation,this paper designs a transformer winding deformation tester,and adds the signal filter in hardware,but due to the interference of the circuit itself and external environment,the noise is not very well filtering,which should be further processed in software.This paper introduces the concept and five basic equations of discrete Kalman Filter,which optimized according to the characteristics of signal acquisition with transformer winding deformation instrument,and uses the method of threshold to improve Kalman filter,so that it can quickly adapt to the signal changes.It shows that compared with without using threshold the Kalman filter with using threshold is more quickly to adapt to the signal and better to filter noise through the MATLAB simulation results.
