摘要
随着纳米材料的广泛应用,越来越多的纳米材料通过各种途径迁移到水环境中,对水生生物产生毒性效应。特殊的理化性质使纳米材料与水体中的其他污染物相互作用,引起其生物利用度和毒性的变化。该文综述了纳米材料水生生物毒性的研究现状及可能的毒性作用机制,指出了纳米材料水生毒理学亟待加强研究的方向。
More and more nanomaterials have migrated into the water environment through various ways with the widely application of the nanomaterials,which lead to toxic effects on aquatic organisms. The special physical and chemical properties will affect its biological effects. The bioavailability and toxicity of nanomaterials may be changed due to the nanomaterials,which can interact with other aquatic organic matter. This paper reviewed the research status of the aquatic biological toxicity of nanomaterials and the possible toxic mechanism. Finally, the research direction that should be strengthened about the research of aquatic toxicology is proposed.
