Analysis on chemical components of petroleum ether extract fromCurcuma kwangsiensis in different habitats

目的:分析比较不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物的主要化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法:用气相-质谱联用仪检测不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物的化学成分。结果:不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物共鉴定出33个化合物,共有成分有樟脑、榄香烯、香橙烯等13种化合物。结论:不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物的化学组成和含量有较大差异。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of petroleum ether extract fromCurcuma kwangsiensis in different habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control.METHODS The components of petroleum ether extract were separated and identified by GC-MS.RESULTS 33 components were identified by GC-MS and there were 13 common components in different habitats.CONCLUSION There were quite different in the chemical constituents and contents from different habitats.
