摘要
目的:优选金芍护肝片最佳醇提工艺。方法:采用单因素及L9(34)正交设计试验,以丹参酮ⅡA、总黄酮和芍药苷为指标,优化提取工艺。结果:金芍护肝片最佳醇提工艺条件为12倍醇提,体积分数为70%,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:该工艺合理、稳定、可行,为金芍护肝片的进一步研究提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish the optimal alcohol extraction technology of Jinshaohugan pills.METHODS Singlefactor and L9(34)orthogonal experiment was adopted with the change of contents of TanshinoneⅡA,total flavonoids,paeoniflorin as index,to optimize the alcohol extraction technology of Jinshaohugan pills.RESULTS The optimal alcohol extraction technology of Jinshaohugan pills was as follows:12 times of alcohol,concentration of 70%,extracting 3 times,1.5 h for each time.CONCLUSION The extraction technology is reasonable,feasible,and can be used for preparing Jinshaohugan pills,also providing scientific basis for further study.
