摘要
为了同时获得优异的耐热和隔热防护性能,提出了SiC陶瓷和SiO2气凝胶紧密贴合无间隙组合结构方案,并对结构单元进行了高温高速气流模拟冲击实验。实验结果表明SiC陶瓷和SiO2气凝胶组合结构具有很好的耐热和隔热性能,综合利用该组合结构能有效保护金属背衬结构。
In order to investigate the thermal insulation property of the SiC ceramic and the silica aero-gel composite structure, an experiment about hot exhausted gases impinging on element was simulated and carried out. The results show both plates have excellent thermal insulation property and the ceramic plate and the silica aero-gel plate can effectively protect the supporting structure.
