摘要
对教师的问责是教育质量保障的一项重要措施。教师问责制度的根本目的应该是有效支持教师提高教育水平,并有助于提高教师的责任感,使他们能为儿童和年轻人的教育目标而努力。本文主要探讨了教师问责的含义、类型、功能、问题及启示等。
Accountability of teachers is an important measure to ensure the educational quality. The basical aim about the accountability of teachers is to help teachers to improve their teaching and res- posibility for growth and development of children and young people. This paper explores the con- cept, types, functions and implications about accountability of teachers.
