摘要
促进学习的评价需要教师具有高度的评价素养,教师评价素养成了教育评价领域的一个新的热点。关于外语教师的评价素养,戴维斯提供了一个"知识+技能+原理"的框架,因巴尔-劳瑞则构建了一个"评价目的、评价内容和评价方法"的框架。要发展外语教师的评价素养,必须清晰界定外语教师的评价素养,构建外语评价的质量标准,充分提供相关学习材料,提供多样的外语评价实践机会。
Assessment for learning requires teachers to obtain high - level assessment literacy, and teachers' assessment literacy becomes a new hotspot in the field of education assessment. As for Language Assessment Literacy ( LAL), Davies proposes a framework of Skills + Knowledge + Princi- ples, while Inbar - Lourie constructs a knowledge base of The Why, The What and The How. It is suggested that to develop LAL, we have to define LAL clearly, construct quality standards of lan- guage assessment, provide sufficient relative learning material, and offer various practical opportuni- ties of language assessment.
