群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线。在全党开展的以为民务实清廉为主要内容的群众路线教育实践活动,是完善我们党自身建设治理体系和现代治理能力的创新实践,是新时期推进党的建设新的伟大工程、伟大创举。总结回顾第一批活动经验,特别是活动中的哲学思想和创新成果,对深化群众路线认识,巩固扩大第一批活动成果,高标准高质量开展第二批活动,进而从政治、思想、组织、作风和制度等多个层面加强和改进党的建设,具有重要的理论和现实意义。

The mass line is the lifeline and the basic work line of the Party. A year-long campaign throughout the Party to study and practice its mass line has been launched, with the focus on the need to serve the people and to be down-to-earth, honest and upright in conduct. This campaign has been considered to be a great innovation practice for improving self-management system and modern governance ability, to be a new ＂great project＂ and＂great creation＂ to promote the Party building in the new period. To summary and review the experience of first phase, especially for its philosophy thought and innovation activities, has important theoretical and practical significance, which can enable us learn more about the mass-line, consolidate and expand the achievements of first batch, push the second batch with high quality, and then strengthen and improve the Party building from the aspects of politics, ideology, organization, style and system.
