摘要
水生态文明建设是破解水问题的系统措施,是生态文明建设的主要内容与关键抓手。从水生态文明建设的理论内涵、产生背景、主要任务入手,系统分析了水生态文明建设的一系列现实问题,提出了水生态文明建设的关键支撑技术。
Water ecological civilization construction is regarded as a systematic measure for tacking water problems and also key contents and focal point. A series of question of reality related to water ecological civilization has been evaluated systematically starting with theoretical implication, background of initiation and main tasks. Key supporting technologies for water ecological civilization construction are also raised.
