Water Hammer Analysis and Prevention in Three-stage Series Pressurized Water Transfer System

摘要 串联增压输水系统的水锤特性与传统单级泵站相比有所不同,以实际工程为例,通过模拟计算系统可能出现的7种事故工况,分析了水锤的成因及其过程,并在此基础上研究了不同的止回阀关阀方式对系统正压防护的影响,同时通过算例比较了缓闭式空气阀与传统空气阀的负压防护效果差异。通过模拟表明,对于此种输水系统,适当延长止回阀关闭时间,正确选择空气阀型式并合理布置其位置,不失为一种简单易行的水锤防护措施。 The characteristics of water hammer in series pressurized water transfer system are dif- ferent from those in single-stage pumping station. The causes and process of water hammer were analyzed based on the digital simulation of seven potential accidents in the system. Moreover, the impact of differ- ent valve closing modes on the protection of the positive pressure was investigated, and differences in the negative pressure protection between non-slam air valve and conventional air valve were compared. The simulation results showed that appropriately extending check valve closing time, correctly selecting the air valve mode and reasonable arrangement were a simple and feasible water hammer protection for this water transfer system.
