摘要
选用UASB处理高酸性、高浓度、难降解反渗透膜生产废水,接种污泥为污水处理厂剩余污泥,用原水稀释水浸泡污泥25 d后开始驯化培养,130 d时成功启动,启动时的容积负荷为0.5 kg/(m3·d)、上升流速为0.94 m/h。当进水COD为7 300 mg/L左右、容积负荷为3.86 kg/(m3·d)、上升流速为0.19 m/h时反应器运行稳定。出水pH值的稳定度及范围、不同污泥层污泥浓度的趋向可作为反应器运行稳定的参考。在处理此类废水过程中不需要额外添加营养元素。
UASB could be used to treat high-acidity, high-concentration and refractory wastewater from RO membrane manufacturers. The excess sludge served as seed sludge. After soaking the sludge with raw water for 25 d, the culture was initiated, and the reactor started up successfully after 130 d. The start-up condition was volume load of 0.5 kg/( m3· d) and upward rate of 0.94 m/h. When the influent COD, the volume load and the upward rate were 7 300 mg/L, 3.86 kg/(m3· d) and 0.19 m/h respec- tively, the reactor operated steadily. The stability and range of effluent pH and MKSS at different heights can indicate the stability of reactor. There is no need to add extra nutrients in the process of treating such wastewater.
