摘要
因丧禁乐废戏是晋朝推行孝道的工具,在其由礼到法的过程中,工具理性被无限放大,使丧服礼仪中的禁乐废戏被推崇到畸形状态,产生了"情"和"礼"的悖论,并未达到禁废者渴求的肃清思想、维护统治的效果。
Prohibition of music and dramas due to bereavement was a tool to implement filial piety in the Jin Dynasty. Evolving from a ritual to a law,its instrumental rationality was magnified to such an extent that the prohibition was promoted to a deformed status,resulting in a paradox between affections and rituals,which could not reach the aim of controlling thinking and maintaining ruling.
