摘要
梁启超批判清代教育内容单一、方法僵化、教师素质低劣等弊端,倡设师范学堂培育师资;认为师范乃群学之基,应设教学法和教学实习课程;提出教师须遵守循序渐进、趣味性、学用结合等原则,把教育看作自己的田地精耕细作,还应正确处理学而不厌与诲人不倦的关系,具备革新精神。这些思想奠定了我国近代师范教育的理论基础,至今仍有指导意义。
Liang Qichao criticized the malpractices of education in the Qing Dynasty,such as simplistic contents,stereotyped methods and inferior quality of teachers. He advocated establishing normal schools to rear teachers as he thought teachers' colleges were the basis of any other schools. He proposed courses of teaching methods and teaching practice. He also thought teachers should follow the principles of step- by- step,interesting and practical teaching,treating education as the elaborate cultivation of their own fields. In his mind,teachers should also learn how to deal well with the relationship between learning and teaching,making themselves equipped with innovations. His thoughts on normal education,laying a theoretical foundation of modern normal education in China,are still of great significances.
