摘要
适性教育是以育人为本,适性而教、适兴而学。"适性教育"是一种教育指导思想和理念而不是某一具体的教学方法或手段,是"个性化教育",是"人本教育",承认和科学对待每一个学生的特殊性,满足每一个学生在其健康成长过程中产生和不断发展的各种学习需要,为每一个学生不断开辟具有个性特点的独特发展道路,使每一个学生每天都在自己原有的基础上得到又好又快的进步,确保每一个学生实现全面而有个性的持续发展,实现自我超越。近年来,天津师范附属小学尊重儿童的天性与个性,以"适性教育"为其理念,相继取得一系列的成效。
Adaptive education is student- centered,with adaptability to teach and to learn. As a education ideology and teaching idea rather than a specific method,it is a kind of " personality education" and " Humanistic Education",admitting and properly treating the particularity of each student,meeting the learning needs of each student during his growth. It opens up the unique way of developing personality for each student so as to ensure progress every day,to achieve a comprehensive and individual development as well as self transcendence. In recent years,the mentioned primary school shows respect to the nature and personality of children on the basis of " adaptive education",making great achievements in the field.
