摘要
施药机械在变量施药过程中,通过控制回流管路电动球阀的开度对喷头流量和压力进行控制,但喷头的关闭会引起施药管路压力的波动、流量的变化。为了研究压力波动特性,搭建施药性能仿真试验台,在不同回流比例下进行压力波动特性试验。结果表明,压力波动值与回流比例之间有直接的关系;在相同回流比例下,关闭的喷头数目越多,管路中的压力波动量越大;在不同回流比例条件下,最佳的回流比例是3∶2,建议小型回流控制施药机械采用该回流比例值。
In the process of variable spraying the spraying machinery is able to control the flow and the pressure of the nozzle by controlling the opening of the electric valve whereas the closing of the nozzle can lead to the fluctuation of pipeline pressure and the change of pipeline flow .The research has set up a test bench which can simulate the character-istics of spraying in order to study the characteristics of the fluctuation of pressure .The results show that the value of pres-sure fluctuation is directly related to the reflux ratio;the more the number of the closing nozzle is ,the bigger the value of pressure fluctuation will be under the same reflux ratio;the best reflux ratio is 3 ∶2 among the different reflux ratios and this best reflux ratio is recommended when using the small spraying machinery which controls the flow by reflux .
