摘要
基于已设计的适用于农产品干燥的20kW圆环形微波干燥设备,PLC选择欧姆龙公司型号为CP1EX20 DR-A作为控制系统,进行了I/O点分配及PLC程序控制流程图设计,实现了对设备各种运行参数的设定,并有效控制设备的输出功率、干燥台的转速、待干燥物料的温度、排湿装置、干燥时间,使之符合最佳工艺规范的要求。
Based on the designed 20 kW circinal microwave dryer suitable for drying of agricultural products , the paper selected CP1E-X20DR-A of omron company as control system .The paper assigned I/O addressed value and designed program control flow chart thus realized the adjustment of equipment of various operating parameters , and effectively con-trol the output power of the equipment , the rotational speed of drying turntable , the temperature of the material being dry , moist removing device , drying time , which made it accord with the requirement of optimum technological specifica-tion.
