秸秆二次压缩特性试验机的整体设计 被引量:1

摘要 田间捡拾打捆机无法生产出高密度草捆,有必要对这些草捆进行二次压缩。为了获得秸秆二次压缩特性参数,得出最佳的压缩力、最佳的初始、最终压缩密度和实现压缩比能耗的最优化,主要从结构、液压传动和测试系统出发,设计了一种结构简单、制造成本低廉的闭式秸秆压缩特性试验机;然后,运用ANSYS有限元软件对秸秆压缩试验机进行静力学和动力学仿真分析。通过分析,验证了所设计的试验机满足强度要求,并且工作过程中不会产生共振,工作时安全可靠。 For that the field collecting baler was unable to produce high density straw bales , it was necessary to carry out the recompression for the straw bale .In addition , in order to get the straw compression character parameters , the best compression force , the best initial and ultimate compression density , compression specific energy consumption optimiza-tion.This paper based on the structure design , hydraulic transmission design and test system design designed a closed straw compression character testing machine which had low manufacturing cost with simple structure .Then the finite ele-ment software ANSYS was used to do statics and dynamics simulation analysis for the straw compression testing machine . Through the analysis , it was verified that the testing machine designed met the strength requirement .It did not produce resonance during the working process .And it can safely and reliably work .
