摘要
从大豆分离蛋白的喷雾干燥工艺流程入手,以进风温度、排风温度、鼓风机电流、引风机电流、高压泵电流及高压泵压力为影响因素,研究了喷雾干燥工艺参数对粉体产品质量的影响。同时,通过对大豆分离蛋白粉末的含水量、颗粒粒度及蛋白质含量等参数分析,得出了较佳的蛋白喷雾干燥工艺条件。
This article from soy protein isolate spray drying process perspective , and inlet air temperature , exhaust tem-perature , blower current , induced draft fan current , high-pressure pump current , high-pressure pump pressure factors studied powder spray drying process parameters on product quality effects .Through the moisture content of dried protein powder , particle size , protein content and other performance parameters of the quantitative analysis , the soy protein iso-late of the preferred spray drying process conditions .
