摘要
多相流流量测量在工业生产与科学研究中有着广泛的应用。针对石油生产测井狭小空间环境下的油气水多相流流量测量问题,提出了一种能扩大生产测井中多相流油气含率的量程范围并提高流量测量精度,且具有连续测量、无放射性、低成本等优点的油气水多相流电磁相关法流量测量传感器。电磁相关法流量测量传感器两对检测电极之间的距离设计是该类传感器设计的关键技术之一,通过传感器内部虚电流及其敏感场的仿真研究与分析,为电磁相关法流量测量传感器的两对检测电极之间的距离设计提供帮助,以促进新型多相流流量仪表的发展。
The multiphase flow measurement has wide application in industrial production and scientific research.Present a flow measuring sensor based on the electromagnetic correlation method of multiphase flow composed of oil,gas and water,aiming at narrow space of oil production logging,it can expand the range of oil and gas content of multiphase flow,and improve the precision of flow measurement in production logging,moreover,it has the advantages of continuous measurement,no radiation and low cost,etc.The distance design between two pairs of electrodes is the key technology of flow measuring sensor based on the electromagnetic correlation method,through virtual current and sensitive field inside sensor simulation study and analysis provide a great help for design of distance between two pairs of electrodes of measurement,and this will promote development of new type multiphase flowmeter.
