关于煤炭行业早日脱困的几点思考

Some thought on the sooner extrication of coal enterprises from economic dilemma

针对煤炭产业不景气的现状，提出了关井压产、限产压库、依法整顿煤炭生产经营秩序、实行强有力的宏观调控政策、加快煤炭行业联合的步伐、努力扩大煤炭自营出口权是早日脱困的有效措施。

On the basis of stagnation in the coal sector, the article proposes that the very effective measures for coal enterprises to extricate themselves from economic dilemma is to adhere to the policy of mine closure, coal output reduction, reducing coal stocks, rectifying coal production and coal marketing orders, implementing strong policy of macro regulating measures, speeding up the pace of enterprise merging in the coal sector and giving more says of self-determining coal export right to coal enterprises.
