探析社会医疗保险制度中的异地就医问题

On the Ex-situ Medical Care in Social Medical Insurance System

当前,我国社会医疗保险制度中的异地就医问题十分突出:报销流程复杂、监督管理困难、报销比例低、待遇兑现难等等。文章针对异地就医过程中存在的有关问题进行研究,在认真分析异地就医待遇兑现不畅通的现状和根源的基础上,深入探索解决路径,探索构建异地就医待遇兑现的畅通机制,进而提出解决异地就医问题的思路和对策。

The issue of ex-situ medical care has surfaced as an urgent issue to tackle in Chinese social medical insurance system due to the complex reimbursement procedures,difficult supervision and management,low percentage of reimbursement and hard materialization of reimbursement.This paper studies the problems concerned and attempts to explore some ways out for ex-situ medical care.
