金川铜镍矿石兼容性浮选工艺的研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据近年来对金川铜镍矿浮选工艺的大量研究 ,从金川铜镍资源中龙首矿、混合矿及二矿区富矿的工艺矿物学具有普遍的共性观点出发 ,提出了开发具有适合处理金川铜镍资源的“兼容性”浮选工艺的战略构想。该工艺的研究与开发对提高金川铜镍矿浮选工艺的适应性 ,实现浮选设备大型化 。 A strategic idea of developing general flotation process for treating the socalled Longshou, mixed and rich ores is suggested after a great deal of research on the flotation process for Jinchuan copper nickel ores based on the fact that these ores have a general character in processs mineralogy The process can be used for treating the socalled three different ores, controlling MgO content in concentrate below 6 5%, which is promising to produce qualified concentrate for flash smelter The development of such a process is of great importance to improvement of the adaptability of Jinchuan flotation process to the feed, to the application of large capacity equipment in concentrator and to abolishment of outmoded smelting process with an electric furnace
