污垢对凝汽器传热性能影响的定量分析 被引量:14

摘要 采用数值模拟凝汽器壳侧蒸汽流动、传热的方法获得凝汽器传热系数的分布,在此基础上,以某台600MW机组的凝汽器为对象,定量分析了污垢厚度对凝汽器性能改变的影响,讨论了凝汽器与抽气器匹配工作情况下的凝汽器背压、出口端差随污垢厚度的变化规律,数据表明:污垢厚度每增加0.05mm,或清洁系数每降低0.1,凝汽器背压的抬高超过210Pa,出口端差的升高约为0.9℃。 The numerical simulation method was used to calculate the flow in the shell-side of the condenser of 600 MW powerunit. The influence of the fouling on the heat transfer performance of the large condenser purpose was analyzed in detail. On the basis of the detailed analysis of flow and heat transfer,the work point of the condenser was got. The heat transfer parameter of the condenser at the work point showed that the heat transfer performance of the condenser would be changed with the different thickness fouling. Considering the matching of the condenser and the air extractor,the quantitative affect to the condenser's heat transfer is that when the thickness of the fouling increases per 0. 05 mm,the condenser pressure approximately increaes 210 Pa,the temperature difference meanly reduces about 0. 9℃.
