摘要
应用STAR-CD软件和自定义子程序,针对AT型、向心型、帽型和山型4种管束布置类型的凝汽器进行数值模拟,计算得到壳侧蒸汽的速度、压力、空气浓度、凝结率以及总传热系数等参数的分布情况,综合分析冷却管束的布置对于凝汽器产品工作性能的影响。
Four different condensers with AT type,centripetal type,hat type and hill type tube bundles are separately simulated using STAR-CD and user-defined files in this paper. The gas velocity,pressure,air concentration,condensation rate and overall coefficient of heat transfer are calculated. Comprehensive analysis has been made to illustrate the effects of the tube bundle arrangement on the condenser performance.
