Based on the Mechanism of Steam Turbine Regulator Control Analysis

针对汽轮机调节阀控制机理进行了探讨,主要包括调节阀摆动问题、调节控制的卸荷阀问题和调节阀的纵座弹簧予紧力问题,通过分析研究,可以解决汽轮机在改造工程中出现的问题,使故障能够尽快得到解决,有利于汽轮机改造后尽快投运。

In view of the steam turbine control valve control mechanism analysis of the problem,the mechanism of power station steam turbine control valve problems are discussed in this paper,mainly including the regulating valve swing analysis and measures,adjust the control problem of unloading valve and control valve of longitudinal spring to the tension,the analysis and discussion on these problems,can solve the problem of steam turbine in the reconstruction project of control valve,the faults can be settled as soon as possible,as soon as possible after altering the turbine to operate properly,so as to ensure the power supplies for life and production.
