摘要 针对内陆核电厂循环冷却水系统循环冷却水量大、安全运行要求高、补充水和排污水量大、部分水质指标要求高等特点,通过技术分析和经济比较后可知,采用加酸和阻垢缓蚀剂联合处理内陆核电厂循环冷却水方案的技术经济优势明显。动态模拟试验表明,换热器污垢热阻值小于0.3×10-4m2·K/W,腐蚀速率仅为0.000 486mm/a,此方案可维持循环冷却水在6倍浓缩倍率下安全稳定运行。 In view of the fact that inland nuclear power plant needs large quantity of circulating cooling water and make-up water during the operation, the requirement for its safety running is high and the sewage discharge quantity is also large, through the technical analysis and economical comparison, the process of adding acid and scale-corrosion inhibitors simultaneously was found to be a proper technology for the said kind of water treatment, which had significant advantages in both technical and economical aspects. The results of dynamic simulation test showed that, the thermal resistance values of the sludge in heat exchanger was lower than 0.3 ×10-4m2·K/W, the corrosion rate was only 0.000 486 mm/a. With the said process, the system could maintain a stable and safe operation with a 6-time concentration ratio of circulating water.
